Metrivv Systems Inc. ("Metrivv", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of home service operators, their staff, and their customers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and safeguard information across our marketing website (metrivv.com), internal platforms (admin.metrivv.com), client portal (app.metrivv.com), and self-hosted n8n automation instances (automation.metrivv.com).

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that you explicitly provide to us when requesting a call, submitting lead forms, or onboarding your company into our platform. This includes:

• Contact details: Name, business name, phone number, email address, and operational notes.
• Workflow configuration parameters: CRM API credentials, dispatch webhook endpoints, and technician certification mappings.
• System telemetry: Log metrics related to n8n workflow execution success, SMS delivery status, and API ping rates.

3. How We Use Information

Information collected is used strictly to deliver, maintain, and optimize your automation infrastructure. Specifically:

• To trigger missed-call text-backs, appointment confirmations, and contract renewal reminders on your behalf.
• To synchronize job completions and chemical records back to your primary CRM (PestPac, FieldRoutes, QuoteIQ).
• To generate owner reporting dashboards and weekly performance summaries.
• We NEVER sell, trade, or rent customer or company data to third-party data brokers or advertisers.

4. Self-Hosted Infrastructure & Data Sovereignty

Metrivv runs a shared, self-hosted n8n instance (not a third-party SaaS automation platform) — your workflows are not routed through any outside vendor. Per-client data isolation is enforced at the database layer: every record is scoped by Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) policies so one client's data is never visible to another. Dedicated, isolated infrastructure per client is available as a premium add-on for clients who specifically request it — it is not the default or included setup.
